As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncover their business needs, and translate them into powerful solutions to achieve ambitious goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
• Experience in hunting, acquisition, and working within a start up environment.
• Strategic thinking about complex issues and development of actionable recommendations.
• Ability to move fast and thrive in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
• Track record of owning an advertising or media sales portfolio in Germany and consistently overachieving quotas to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals while prioritizing an outstanding experience for Google's advertisers within EMEA.
• Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of new business and close partnership with marketing teams.
• Establish relationships via phone or email marketing, design marketing strategies using expert product knowledge, and deliver an outstanding customer sales experience.
• Consult with C level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals using Google's full suite of marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search, Display Network).

Compensation and Benefits

Ireland: €76,000 - €78,000 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits.
