Your Role

In this dynamic and multifaceted position, you will:

  • Oversee and manage the academic programme portfolio for Glion London, supporting strategic planning and continuous programme transformation.
  • Act as the key liaison for MSc/BBA students, providing academic advising, monitoring progression, and enhancing the overall student experience.

  • Ensure operational and academic excellence by coordinating programme logistics, assessment schedules, academic records, and key events.

About You

You will hold a master's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Business Administration or a related field, and ideally a teaching qualification such as a PGCE. You bring significant experience within higher education, with a strong background in academic administration, programme management, and student-facing engagement. Your understanding of both UK and international higher education systems including QAA requirements. Well developed, and confident managing compliance, academic processes and complex datasets. You communicate clearly, think analytically, and work with strong organisational discipline, thriving in environments where you must manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You are comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams, and you bring a proactive, multicultural and student-centred mindset to everything you do, supported by strong project management skills and a genuine passion for educational excellence.

Why Join Us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to the development of future hospitality leaders while being part of an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative global education group.

You'll enjoy a role that offers both strategic and hands-on impact, with the autonomy to make meaningful change, all while working alongside dedicated colleagues and motivated students in a dynamic campus environment.
