We have a new opportunity for a Mobile AC Engineer to join a growing FM organisation.

About the role of Mobile AC Engineer:

We are looking for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to cover our client's contract in Central London. This will be on a commercial contract, and you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and breakdown repairs on VRV/VRF & Split Systems, HVAC Systems, Booster Pumps, Primary & Secondary Heating Pumps, Pressurisation Units, small Unvented and Vented Water Systems, Plumbing Services, Waste Pumps, Trace Heating.
• Reporting work activities.
• Responding to emergency breakdowns and call-outs during normal hours and when on call.
• Being on call to respond to emergency call-outs every five weeks.
• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients and other contractors.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• City & Guilds Level 2, preferably Level 3 or equivalent qualification (e.g., C&G 6187 & 6187-21).
• Mechanical (HVAC) qualification 6189 (desirable but not essential).
• CITB Site Supervisor Safety Training qualification and valid Skill Card.

What we offer:

• Salary up to £50K, dependent on experience.
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days.
