Abstract designer - Contract

I am seeking a Designer/Developer with strong expertise in GoAbstract to support upcoming digital projects. The role focuses on optimizing design-development collaboration, version control management, and structured UI/UX workflows.

The contractor will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to manage and streamline Abstract environments and ensure consistency across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage projects within GoAbstract

• Maintain version control, branches, and collaborative workflows

• Ensure alignment between design and development teams

• Maintain and support design systems

• Implement and enforce best practices for version management

• Contribute to improving UI/UX processes

• Collaborate with distributed (remote) teams

• Document workflows and established standards

Profile

• Proven experience in digital design and/or Front End development

• Strong hands-on experience with GoAbstract

• Solid understanding of design systems and component management

• Experience working in remote collaborative environments

• Ability to structure and optimize workflows

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in GoAbstract (version control, branching, collaboration)

• Experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma, or similar)

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles

• Front End development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred)

• Experience managing design systems

Soft Skills

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital design, Front End development, or hybrid roles
