Forward Role is supporting a leading organisation in the search for an Absence Management Advisor to join their HR team on a 6 month contract.

• Up to £40,000 per annum

Role

You'll support managers with absence cases, provide expert advice on policy and employment law, and help drive a consistent and proactive approach to attendance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on short & long term absence cases
• Support return to work and capability processes
• Analyse absence data and identify trends
• Ensure legal compliance and best practiceLiaise with Occupational Health

About You

• Proven HR/absence management experience
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Confident stakeholder advisor
• CIPD level 5 or higher ideally

Compensation

Hourly rate: £21 per hour.
