A socio-educational assistant - ASE at 60% in permanent contract

The Health Network Balcony of the Jura in Ste-Croix is seeking an assistant - ASE (M/F) at 60% in a permanent position for its temporary reception center at the Alpes site. Your missions: - Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and support projects for beneficiaries. - Propose and organize socio-cultural activities while considering the needs and resources of each individual. - Promote the welcoming and maintenance of social ties for each person while taking their surroundings into account. - Support beneficiaries in daily and socio-cultural activities by providing basic care and ensuring their comfort and well-being. - Coordinate with network partners to ensure an effective health trajectory. - Transport beneficiaries. - Supervise apprentices and interns. Your profile: - CFC as an assistant (ASE) or confirmed experience in a similar position (min. 5 years). - Team spirit and ability to promote exchanges. - Easy contact with elderly people and interest in human relations. - Sensitivity and versatility. - Autonomous, methodical, and flexible. - Driving license and experience driving a minibus essential.
