Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 sites and over 520 employees. For our site, Orif Renens, we are looking for: a landscape foreman at 100%, fixed-term contract. Mission: - Support apprentices throughout their training (CFC, AFP, beneficiaries in the context of instructional measures (MI) or reintegration measures (MR .- Ensure individualized socio-professional supervision in the field.- Train apprentices using specialized pedagogical methods, fostering the development of their skills and professional integration.- Actively participate in their training and the construction of their professional project.- Manage the budget with the team, prepare quotes, prospect and search for clients.- Write reports and follow-up.- Provide technological teaching and ensure pedagogical support tailored to the needs of apprentices.- Maintain and develop a network of partner companies.- Search for, negotiate and organize internship placements.Profile and Skills: - CFC of landscaper or title deemed equivalent (MSP ES or diploma) would be considered an asset for supervising people in difficulty and interpersonal skills suited for supporting young people in need within a caring and structured pedagogical approach.- Dynamic personality with a mindset conducive to knowledge transmission.- Autonomy, good stress resistance, and flexibility in managing daily activities.- Real abilities and aptitudes for working in a multidisciplinary team.This position is aimed at confirmed and committed professionals who are willing to invest in the social mission of the institution while remaining active on the ground.
