7.5 Tonne Driver

As a 7.5 Tonne Driver based in Liverpool, you will join Parcelforce Worldwide on a full time, temporary contract. The role involves delivering and collecting parcels across a designated route, operating a 7.5 tonne vehicle safely and efficiently. You will work independently, managing your daily schedule to ensure timely deliveries. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, as you will be the primary point of contact for recipients.

• Pay Rate: £16.43 per hour
• Hours: Up to 35 hours a week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Shift Times: 10am - 6pm

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence with category C1 entitlement (7.5T) with no more than 6 points.
• Previous experience driving a 7.5T vehicle essential.
• Good knowledge of Liverpool and surrounding areas.
• Physically fit with ability to lift parcels up to 20kg.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to pass a DBS (criminal background) check.
• Valid Tachograph card.
• Ability to securely manage all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.
