Hours: 40 Hours per week

Role Overview:
A Fortune 50 Technology Company is looking for a Legal Projects Manager in EMEA with 6+ years' experience in Outside Counsel Management (in EMEA); Vendor Management; Law Firm Pricing; and Project Management for a 12-month engagement.
Candidates must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week). The work will be performed at client office in London. Hybrid working is possible.

Responsibilities:
Support the Legal Operations Manager, EMEA Lead with:
? Running a law firm panel process from start to finish.
? Legal market analysis and benchmarking to support (and agree) rate negotiations
with law firms.
? Drafting process documents, training decks and rolling out training to EMEA Legal
teams re mandatory operational processes.
? Operationalising negotiated value-adds into BAU processes.
? Updating Google Hub and SharePoint sites.
? Spend management, data tracking and leadership reporting initiatives.
? Ad hoc assistance for the Legal Operations Manager, EMEA with supporting key
stakeholder requirements (EMEA Legal, Finance, Comms).

Skills & Experience:
Essential:
? Prior experience at both an in-house legal department and a law firm/legal
consulting service provider in EMEA;
? 5+ years' working in Legal Pricing / Sourcing / Project Management;
? Creating and running panel processes;
? Legal pricing experience specifically knowledge of AFAs and experience in
negotiating AFAs;
? Technologically savvy and experienced with Google and Microsoft suites
especially SharePoint and PowerBI;
? 5+ years' experience in developing/implementing solutions or operational
improvements;
