ROSENBLATT ( Rosenblatt - Top Litigation Lawyers London ) is a Tier 1 litigation law firm based in London. In January 2024, Partners Sara Paradisi and Leonardo Carpentieri launched the firm's international arbitration practice, building on 15+ years of experience respectively. The new international arbitration practice has been growing strongly ever since.

We provide comprehensive advice to companies, governments, international organisations and private clients helping them anticipate, avoid, manage and address potential or existing disputes around the world.

We are currently looking for a 5+ PQE highly committed international arbitration senior associate to join our team, based in London. The ideal candidate will be qualified in England & Wales, and potentially will also be qualified in a Civil Law or other jurisdiction.

This role requires technical excellence, rigour, motivation and a strong ability to work independently in a multi-jurisdictional and multi-cultural environment.

• At least 5 years of experience in international arbitration in an international / top tier law firm;
• Excellent academic credentials;
• Experience in construction disputes is a plus;
• Dual qualification, including England & Wales;
• Strong research, analytical and drafting skills in English, ideally in a second language as well;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Structured, precise and organized manner of working;
• For the right candidate, the Company would consider applications requiring visa sponsorship as well.
