As 3rd Line Support Engineer you will have a solid background in a fast paced MSP environment. You will have a broad range of technical skills across technology such as Windows Server, O365, Azure, Azure AD, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Networking, WAN, Wireless, Router, Switches.

The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be working proactively as part of the escalation (3 Line) team on behalf of customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will have a customer first mindset with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). A reliable individual who enjoys working autonomously with a genuine interest in technology, with the enthusiasm to continuously develop skill set.
