IT Manager/3rd Line Support - Hybrid - Near Evesham
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum

Are you an experienced 3rd Line Support professional or IT Manager looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation near Evesham, Worcestershire, seeking a proactive individual to lead their IT function.

You'll be joining a small but dynamic company of around 70 users, with 15 based at a central office and the rest spread across the UK. This is a hands-on role where you'll report directly to the MD and take full responsibility for the company's IT systems, support, and strategy.

Your role will involve maintaining and enhancing the current IT infrastructure to ensure it remains secure and fit for the future. You'll make use of tools like PowerApps to drive automation and SharePoint to improve file management processes.

Ideal candidate:

• Proven 3rd Line Support or IT Management experience

• Confident managing and improving IT systems

• Comfortable working independently and reporting at senior level

• Familiar with PowerApps and SharePoint is highly advantageous
