Job Title: 3rd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Fleet - Hybrid - 3 Days in Office NON-Negotiable
Type: Permanent

We're looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team and play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and improving the company's IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as an escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests.

• Providing technical support across software, hardware, and network infrastructure.

• Working on IT projects and supporting business transformation initiatives.

• Managing Azure environments (Entra ID, Intune, Defender 365, SharePoint, Exchange).

• Maintaining Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMWare/Hyper-V).

• Supporting ITSM processes including incident, change, and problem management.

• Assisting with cyber security best practices alongside the IT Security team.

• Mentoring and training 1st and 2nd line engineers.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, ideally at 3rd line level.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V).

• PowerShell Scripting and automation experience.

• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools such as JIRA or Freshservice.

• Solid understanding of networking, security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
