Scaled3D is looking for a creative, detail-obsessed 3D Animator to bring chaos, humor, and visual magic to life in short-form content.

We create fast-paced, story-driven simulations that rack up millions of views - and now we're expanding our animation-first pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Animate short 3D scenes based on proven, high-performing concepts
• Make characters (like our iconic block golem) feel alive and reactive
• Add dynamic simulations - sand, fluids, particles, explosions
• Texture using UV maps or procedural tools
• Edit into vertical Shorts (9:16), with SFX and sound design
• Help push the limits of visual storytelling on YouTube Shorts
  

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience with Blender or similar 3D tools
• A great sense of timing, pacing, and energy
• Bonus: Familiar with FluidLab or other sim tools
• Fast, iterative workflow - you move with momentum
• You "get" Shorts content - meme-aware, Gen Z-style humor
• Nice to have: Video editing + meme SFX skills
