360 Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the Role
PE Global, an award-winning recruitment agency is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Team based in Cork specialising in Construction, Engineering and Technical roles.

Candidates based outside of Cork will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client portfolio.
• Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent within the industry.

• Create and post job adverts across multiple platforms
• Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform candidate compliance checks and assist with administrative tasks such as interview coordination and documentation
• Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process

• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.

Skills & Experience

• At least 2-3 years' experience in a 360 Recruitment role within an agency setting
• Recruitment and Business Develoment experience within Constructions, Engineering or Technical roles

• Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to cultivate new business.

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable working towards targets and deadlines

• Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and online resources e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Positive, sociable, and team-oriented attitude
