360 Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Construction 360 Desk Location: Greater Manchester (Office-based) Salary: £35,000+ (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the construction sector. This is a 360 role with a warm desk, offering immediate access to existing clients and live vacancies across Greater Manchester and the wider region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build on an established desk while developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a 360 recruitment desk within the construction sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Proactively develop new business opportunities
• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Negotiate terms of business and fees with clients
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Meet and exceed individual billing targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment (construction sector preferred)
• Proven track record in a 360 recruitment role
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
