In this full-cycle role, you'll be responsible for both candidate sourcing and business development, helping us grow and connecting top talent with leading employers. You'll manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing deals with clients, all while meeting targets and KPIs.

• Business Development: Build new client relationships and negotiate terms of business.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify top talent using job boards, social media, and your own network.
• Interview & Offer Process: Prep candidates for interviews and guide them through offers and transitions.
• Database & Administration: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with candidates and clients.
