Job Description

The role

PE Global Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Cork office and play a key role in growing our established AHP agency/contract division.

Duties of the role

Driving sales and margin growth within the AHP contract desk
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and delivering exceptional levels of customer service through the recruitment process
Working closely with the team to increase candidate attraction as well as working with your team to establish a strong candidate pipeline
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the allied health professions (AHP) sector
Deal with client/ candidate queries and take ownership to follow up and ensure they are dealt with efficiently
Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle with candidates - qualification of candidates, organising interviews, interview preparation, managing job offers and any onboarding documentation required

The Person PE Global are looking for:

At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within an agency setting
Knowledge of the variety of disciplines and modalities within AHP as well as the necessary registrations and validations.
The ability to demonstrate a track record of the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
A proven track record of success in an AHP Agency recruitment role
Career driven and hardworking with a positive 'can do' attitude
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and influence others and a professional outlook and approach
Strong networking and creative approach to engaging clients and candidates
