3 Support Workers - Newry

We are recruiting 3 Support Workers to join our Public Sector client within their supported living units in Newry. These roles involve assisting with the day-to-day operation of the service while providing high-quality care and support to residents. We have 2 full-time and 1 part-time positions available, working on a rota basis for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. There are a variety of Day Shifts and Night Duties available with shift times being 8am-8:15pm and 8pm-8:15am with a pay rate of £12.75-£21.55.

The job duties will require working with service users with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, updating documentation, providing personal care, assisting with meals and encouraging self-support. Previous experience in a care or support worker role required with ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
