2nd Line Field/Onsite Engineer

Title: 2nd Line Onsite/Field Engineer

Location: Head Office- Norwich (onsite & field work to surrounding areas)

Salary: £30,000-35,000 per annum (DOE)

I have partnered with a telecommunications company who outsource their IT to SMEs in and around the Norfolk area. They are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer who can bridge the gap between their 1st line and 3rd line engineers.

Requirements:

• Ticketing system support- ServiceNow/Jira/Confluence
• 2nd Line Support (onsite & remote)
• Active Directory/Azure AD
• Office 365 configuration & administration
• Windows Servers
• Virtualisation technologies- VMWare/Hyper-V
• Network experience- DNS/DHCP (beneficial)
• Cloud technologies- Azure/AWS
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle

This will be a mixture of onsite support at the client's head office (Norwich) and field work to their end customers based in the surrounding areas. Should you be out of the field they provide you with a company van.
