Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a permanent 2nd line digital communications support operator, this is for a fantastic client, based in Manchester you will be required to go to site 3 days a week.

Essential skills and experience for the role:

Degree or relevant experience.

Experience

• Experience of incident resolution.
• Experience of managing Digital Communications issues and problems.
• Experience of maintaining Digital Communications security standards through access control and configuration of specialist tool
• Microsoft Technologies (Intune)
• M365 (Mail, File Storage)
• Digital Communications Hardware Support
• Continual Service Improvement.
• Understanding of Digital Communications infrastructure, operating systems, software applications, and networking principles.
• Understanding of the impacts Access rights and security management have systems administration
• Uses ICT office related software to manage self, deliver work related products and collaborate with others. Example: MS Office, MS SharePoint.

for this role you need to have a Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes you will also need to pass vetting and background checks.
