Job Description
Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the East Region Recruitment Services for a Recruitment Advisor.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out the day-to-day recruitment activities.
  • Provide recruitment advice and solutions to service users on a range of recruitment processes and procedures related enquiries.
  • Support the Regional Recruitment Team Lead and Recruitment Services Manager in establishing processes and systems within the ERRS.
  • Contribute to the NHS Scotland Recruitment Services agenda as necessary.
Location and Working Arrangements

We operate from a number of work bases primarily Edinburgh, Livingston, Glenrothes and Melrose and can be flexible in the base the successful candidate works from. The role can be hybrid working with a mix of office and home, or office based at one of the ERRS sites.

Profile and Requirements
  • Customer-focused with friendly, courteous service as the first point of contact for those seeking employment.
  • Relevant admin experience; able to work under pressure with the ability to manage own workload and competing priorities.
  • Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; able to learn new systems.
