24/7 Vehicle Recovery Customer Support Specialist

FMG is seeking a Rapid Response Customer Service Representative in Huddersfield to provide 24/7 telephone support for urgent incidents. You will be the first point of contact at the Operations Centre, coordinating the nearest vehicle recovery operator to resolve situations quickly.

This role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to handle pressured scenarios over the phone. Working hours are 40 per week, with a starting salary and a strong benefits package.
