Position: Permanent, 30 hours per week, part of the medical assessment and hospital at night team at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary.
Responsibilities- Deliver high quality, patient centred care in a dynamic emergency setting.
- Make independent clinical decisions within agreed protocols and best practice.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide expert nursing care and support to nursing and medical staff.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Practice.
- Independent prescriber.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and sound judgement.
Training ANP at Band 6, 35 hours per week, 23 month fixed term. Successful completion leads to permanent Band 7. Requires bonding agreement.
