LOCUM APPOINTMENT FOR TRAINING IN EMERGENCY MEDICINE

ROYAL INFIRMARY OF EDINBURGH

ST JOHN'S HOSPITAL, WEST LOTHIAN

VICTORIA HOSPITAL, KIRKCALDY

Applications are welcome for the above Fixed Term, Full time (40 hours per week).

Essential criteria for this position:

  • GMC registered and license to practice
  • MBChB

  • Completion of foundation programme or equivalent

  • At least 2 years experience in Emergency Medicine or the ACCS specialities of Anaesthetics, Intensive Care or Acute Medicine.

This post has deanery approval for training and the successful applicant will receive training opportunities at the appropriate level based on previous experience.

There may be a possibility to extend this appointment to the end of the training year. The extension may be at any of the hospitals on the rotation.
