The post involves providing expert clinical care for newborns across the neonatal service, working in partnership with families, carers, colleagues, and stakeholders. The role also includes providing values-based leadership to support the development of advanced nursing practice, fostering a positive learning environment, and advocating for evidence-based approaches to improve neonatal outcomes at local, regional, and national levels.
