Are you ready to lead with purpose and make a real impact in the landscaping world? At PGE Landscaping Ltd, we don't just shape outdoor spaces - we build careers, communities, and futures.

Purpose & Impact

We're one of the region's fastest-growing landscaping companies, transforming commercial and housing developments across central England. Your work will directly contribute to creating safe, beautiful, and sustainable environments that people live in and enjoy every day.

Culture & Belonging

At PGE, you're more than a job title. You'll be part of a close-knit team that values respect, fairness, and support. We believe in treating people well - whether it's our clients or our crew - and we're proud of the inclusive, positive culture we've built.

Flexibility & Work-Life Balance

While the role is site-based, we trust our Team Leaders to manage their workload with autonomy. We understand the importance of balancing work with personal life and aim to support that wherever possible.

Growth & Development

We're committed to helping you grow. From hands on training and mentoring to leadership pathways, you'll have access to the tools and support needed to advance your career. Many of our leaders started on the tools - and we're proud to help others do the same.

Leadership & Management Quality

You'll work alongside experienced Contracts Managers who lead with empathy and transparency. We foster a listening culture where your ideas and feedback matter.

Recognition & Appreciation

We celebrate effort and achievement - not just at annual reviews, but every day. Whether it's a job well done or going the extra mile, your contribution will be seen and valued.

Autonomy & Trust

We trust our Team Leaders to take ownership of their sites, make decisions, and bring creativity to their work. You'll have the freedom to lead, innovate, and take pride in what you deliver.

Stability & Reputation

We're a well established, reputable company with long term contracts and a strong pipeline of work. You'll have job security and the confidence to say, "I work at PGE."

Wellbeing Support

We care about the whole person - not just the output. From fair workloads to supportive leadership, we're committed to creating a workplace that promotes mental and physical wellbeing.
