2025 Technology Graduate Programme

Vanguard Europe has new opportunities starting in late September 2025 for Computer Science graduates. The selection process will begin with an online technical coding test, followed by face-to-face interviews throughout August in our London or Manchester offices. The Technology Graduate Program is designed to build a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and leadership skills through hands-on experience in our IT division. Candidates will learn how technology supports company initiatives and explore areas such as Machine Learning, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics.
