2025 LOA - UKI - Marketing Manager - Fragrances

I am the MARKETING MANAGER responsible for building the brand's long-term marketing strategy in the UKI, leading my team to execute campaigns seamlessly with the Trade Activation Team and key stakeholders. I serve as a storyteller and the voice of the brand DNA across the company, developing and coaching my team while mentoring the marketing community. I am a key partner to my General Manager.
A DAY IN THE LIFE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis & Diagnostic:
- Guide my team to collaborate with experts across the company, delving into business performance (sell-out) and customer data to extract insights.
- Monitor competitor activities to identify best practices.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the advocacy landscape.
- Inspire my team to think big and long-term, rallying everyone around common goals.
- Help define the Marketing strategy, Advocacy strategy, Pricing Position, Customer targeting, and investment choices in partnership with Finance to drive brand growth through increased recruitment and loyalty.
- Create zone decks and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Communicate strategic vision through storytelling and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in translating strategies into clear briefs for internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Guard the Brand DNA and positioning.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across all communication touchpoints.
- Define investment strategy and allocate budget envelopes.
- Support Advocacy & Influence team with forecasting and ROI analysis.
- Validate launch forecasts and guiding principles for activation teams.
- Collaborate with DMI and Zone to communicate local needs and co-create campaign and launch plans.
