Head of IT - Wholesale Projects • Location: Belfast or Dublin (Hybrid) Type: Full-Time Permanent

A leading retail and wholesale organisation is seeking a Head of IT to drive strategic technology initiatives across its wholesale operations in Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with business leaders to deliver digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Shape and deliver technology roadmaps across wholesale and retail operations
• Lead cross-functional IT projects from concept to completion
• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and technical strategies
• Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
• Identify new opportunities for innovation and process improvement
• Guide teams through tech transitions, including in-store and eCommerce platforms

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT leadership, digital strategy, and systems delivery
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to bridge business and technical needs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
• A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on user experience and outcomes
• Ability to work across hybrid environments and adapt to shifting priorities

• Background in retail or wholesale operations
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery models
• Passion for customer-facing technologies and scalable architecture
