20 hour Cleaner

We are excited to offer a permanent Cleaner position in HMP Liverpool, 68 Hornby Road, Liverpool, L9 3DF.

The base salary is £14,064 per annum. The standard hours of work are 20 hours per week, requiring 4 hours per day between 06:00 and 16:45 Monday Friday. Exact start and finish times will be agreed with the hiring manager, though working within school hours is possible.

What you will do:

• Provide a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements in administrative office areas
• Control stock levels and order consumables
• Operate machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided
• Ensure a high quality service is provided to the building users at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Comfortable working in a prison environment

Prison Security Clearance and Standard DBS will be required (Amey will support you through this process).
