Urgent Contractor Needed: 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Location: Harrogate

Employment Type: Contract

Salary: £12.5 Per Hour

Working Pattern: 5 days on site full time

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
