OverviewMCS Group is partnering with a major Dublin client to hire an IT Business Analyst to drive the evolution of its Microsoft-based digital workplace. This key role focuses on improving business productivity through better use of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities.
Responsibilities- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Manage a pipeline of automation, workflow and low code initiatives.
- Support delivery across M365, Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead workshops, map processes and help shape the digital workplace roadmap.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a modern workplace or digital environment.
- Strong experience gathering requirements and engaging with stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and low code solutions.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing competing priorities.
- Clear communicator, able to work across both technical and non technical teams.
