We're on the hunt for a Talent / Influencer leader who wants to work with some incredible creators and some of the most exciting, high-end and exclusive brands in the industry.

A snapshot of the role:

• Lead, inspire and develop a team of Talent Managers
• Identify growth opportunities across talent portfolios and drive new signings
• Discover, attract and secure high-potential creators
• Oversee performance, progression and overall team success
• Ensure talent and brand data is consistently maintained and up to date
• Play a key role in wider business initiatives and growth plans

What you'll bring to the table:

• A genuine passion for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands
• Proven professional experience within a talent / influencer agency - essential!
• Experience of leading and developing teams
• Commercially minded, with a sharp eye for growth opportunities
• Confident, proactive and hands on in your approach
• Personable and able to quickly build trust and rapport.
