What you'll be doing
As Hospitality Assistant Manager, you will support the Hospitality Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards across all hospitality functions.
Assist in managing the front-of-house and back-of-house hospitality operations.
Support, motivate, and lead the hospitality team to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure all events, functions, and daily operations are delivered to the highest standard.
Help coordinate staffing, rosters, and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage.
Monitor quality control across food, service, and presentation standards.
Build strong relationships with clients and guests, handling feedback professionally.
Ensure health & safety, food hygiene, and company compliance policies are upheld.
Contribute to training and development initiatives for team growth.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
What can you bring?Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or assistant management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of food safety, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible and proactive approach to work.
Experience working in events, catering, or premium hospitality environments is desirable.
