We are partnering with a leading commercial property firm to find an experienced and proactive Senior Operations Coordinator/EA for a global property firm.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide executive assistant support to department heads, including complex diary, inbox, and meeting management.
  2. Prepare high-quality presentations in coordination with creative and business development teams.
  3. Arrange UK and international travel with detailed itineraries.
  4. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Support departmental budgeting and expense management processes.
  6. Minute team meetings and track follow-up actions.
  7. Organise internal and external events from planning to execution.
  8. Assist with CRM updates and client engagement initiatives.
  9. Provide operational support on projects such as relocations, facilities, and IT.
Desired Background and Experience
  • Ideally, you will have 3+ years of experience in an EA/PA or operations role.
  • Must be immediately available or on short notice, as this is a contract role.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern workplace technology.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident liaising across departments and at senior levels.
  • Professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • A team player with a flexible mindset and strong attention to detail.
