12 month FTC - In house Corporate Lawyer - 2-4 PQE - Midlands

We are working with an instantly recognisable business and award winning employer who are seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to work on a fantastic variety of corporate matters on a 12 month contract.

You will be working in a highly supportive environment with the support of other senior corporate lawyers in the business, advising on M&A, JV's, partnerships and Re-orgs!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer who seeking a first in-house move, where you'll have the opportunity to work on big ticket strategic partnerships with major commercial partners. Alternatively, this is also appropriate for an in house corporate lawyer seeking to expand their experience & learning on highly sophisticated corporate projects.

The business is operating a hybrid working policy with a West Midlands or East Midlands office to work in with the majority of the time working from home.
