12 month FTC - FCA/Consumer Law - Energy sector - Midlands

Overview

We are working with an instantly recognisable energy company and award winning employer who are seeking a FCA/Consumer Lawyer to work on a wide variety of FCA / Financial Law matters on a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities

Working within a well-established team of senior lawyers, this role will see you providing legal advice in relation to the business bringing high tech, innovative energy solutions into peoples homes. Your role will see you advising on legal risk in respect of FCA & Financial Services law, aswell as advising on some of more generalist commercial contracts relating to consumer t's and c's.

Qualifications

It is a pre-requisite that you have FCA and Financial law expertise and relevant experience dealing directly with consumer matters.
