1:1 L3 Early Years Practitioner

Hays Education have recently been approached by a fantastic school in the Burscough area who are looking to appoint Early Years Practitioners to join their newly opened nursery. They are on the hunt for Level 3 Qualified Practitioners that can come in and support a SEN child on a 1:1 basis. This is a full-time role starting at 8am and finishing at 4pm, that will be on a long-term role basis starting immediately. This role also has the potential to turn permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role

Your new role will see you working on a 1:1 basis with a SEN child, and you will be involved in planning and managing exciting educational activities that will inspire the child to engage and develop. There are no behaviour concerns with the child, they need more physical support when it comes to moving round the classroom. You will need to take part in imaginative play and to promote the child's learning and development. You should be confident in working with various ability pupils and immersing yourself in daily activities. This can be a great role for those looking to gain more experience working with children.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing this position, you must hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years and possess recent experience working with children. As this is a long-term and potentially permanent role, you will need to commit fully to the role.
