1:1 KS1 Teaching Assistant EHCP Support (Fixed-Term)

Finstall First School in Bromsgrove is seeking a compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA2) on a fixed-term contract to provide focused 1:1 support for a pupil with an EHCP in KS1.

The role is term-time only, 25 hours 25 minutes per week, with flexible working patterns (e.g. 8:45am-2:45pm or 9:20am-3:20pm) and a review in 12 months with the potential to extend subject to EHCP funding. We offer CPD opportunities and a supportive team.
