Start Date: 7 July 2026

Salary: £26,436.80 per annum

Location: Glasgow Cuprum Building, Argyle Street, Glasgow

Shifts: Monday to Saturday 7:00 am-9:30 pm, Sunday 10:00 am-5:00 pm. You must be able to work any shifts within these times.

Training: 3 weeks

Contract: Full Time Permanent (40 hours per week)

Background Checking: Right to Work in the UK; Criminal Record Check; Credit Check; 3 year employment history check; evidence of all addresses in the last 5 years required.

Responsibilities
  • Help customers use digital services over the telephone, educating them to understand the benefits of digital banking and guiding them through the process.
  • Resolve any queries customers may have with their banking, tackling challenges and providing rewards.
  • Engage in heartfelt conversations to understand customers' needs and desires and find the best solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across contact centres to ensure customers always speak to the right person.
