About The Role

0-3 Early Years Room Lead

Salary Grade: Scale 6, Spine Point 18-20

Salary Range: £36,345 - £37,437

Contract: Full-Time post, 35 hours/week, All Year Round

To assist in the delivery of high-quality childcare and education based on the EYFS curriculum to children aged 0 - 4.

Candidates must be able to work shifts on a rota basis determined by the needs of the Centre, which delivers childcare from 8am - 6pm.

Golden Lane Children's Centre is part of Prior Weston School, located in the modern, purpose-built Golden Lane Campus building.

The Campus offers educational opportunities for everyone from babies to parents and carers. The Centre plays a major role by offering education, services, and support to children under 5 and their families. It is situated next to the Barbican Centre and Whitecross Street market.

We are seeking to employ a 0-3 Room Leader to work as part of our Children's Centre team. We are looking for a reliable, flexible person who can show initiative, work well as part of a team, and is committed to ensuring the best outcomes for all children aged 0-4.
