The Role

You'll be involved in delivering a range of building performance and energy assessment services across diverse projects, including:

• Dynamic overheating assessments (TM52, TM59 and Part O compliance)
• Thermal modelling and building performance analysis using IES or similar tools
• Supporting wider energy modelling work (SAP, SBEM) and compliance reporting
• Contributing to Energy Statements and planning submissions
• Engaging with clients and design teams to inform building performance and comfort strategies

You'll also have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise, with structured training and exposure to a variety of projects.

Do you have?

• Experience working within an energy/sustainability consultancy or similar environment
• Hands on experience delivering overheating assessments (TM52, TM59, Part O)
• Experience with IES or similar dynamic simulation software
• Strong report writing and communication skillsAbility to manage your own workload across multiple projects
• Full right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
