HVAC Engineer - 6 Month Contract (Potential to Go Permanent)

Zest4Talent is working with a specialist organisation in the built environment sector looking to bring in a hands on HVAC Engineer to support a busy engineering and testing team.

This role offers a mix of practical engineering, laboratory work and technical investigation, supporting the development and modification of HVAC test rigs and environmental performance systems.

• Developing and modifying HVAC test rigs and laboratory systems
• Supporting building investigations and environmental performance assessments
• Managing laboratory-based projects and coordinating subcontractors where required
• Operating and calibrating measurement equipment and instrumentation
• Maintaining and upgrading existing test rigs
• Working to industry standards and accredited testing procedures

• Experience in building services / HVAC engineering
• A practical, hands on engineering mindset
• Ability to interpret technical and schematic drawings
• Experience with instrumentation, testing equipment or environmental systems

This is initially a 6-month contract, with the potential to move into a permanent role as the team grows.
