Provide strategic legal guidance on complex employment matters across EMEA and APAC. Partner with HR and business leaders to navigate employee relations, compliance, and risk in an extremely ever changing and collaborative environment.
About the TeamThe Global Employment Law team delivers support across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. Our team collaborates globally to balance compliance with business needs. We enable Zoom's people first culture while managing risk effectively.
Responsibilities- Advising on employment law matters across multiple EMEA and APAC jurisdictions, including employee relations, terminations, and disputes
- Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop compliant policies, processes, and training programs
- Managing employment litigation strategy and coordinating with external counsel on complex matters
- Supporting cross border projects including reorganizations, M&A transactions, and Works Council engagements
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across Legal, People Experience, and business teams
- Stay up to date, and advise as needed, on legal developments across EMEA and APAC
- Fully qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction with 3-5 years of post qualification experience
- Demonstrate expertise in international employment law across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and commercially aligned advice
- Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
- Manage competing priorities and workstreams in a dynamic environment
- Collaborate effectively across legal, compliance, and HR functions to drive alignment
- Bring prior in house experience or secondment with a global business
- Possess prior experience advising technology companies on employment matters
Minimum: €82,200.00
Maximum: €143,900.00
