Zendesk End User Trainer

I am recruiting for a Zendesk End User Training Specialist to work on a remote basis with occasional travel to Holland.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training sessions and materials that enable end users (both internal staff and external customers) to effectively interact with the Zendesk Help Center and support system.
You will develop and deliver training programs for Zendesk end users (eg, customers, employees).
You will also be able to create training materials such as user guides, quick reference sheets, video tutorials, and FAQs.
You must have proven experience in delivering Zendesk user training.
You will have a strong understanding of the Zendesk Help Center, ticketing system, and customer portal.
You must have the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
Excellent presentation and communication skills are required to be successful in this role.
