The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Zellis MyView System Trainer to support the rollout of a new HR and payroll self-service system within a large public sector organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver approximately 100 Employee Self Service sessions (30 minutes) and 30 Manager Self Service sessions (one hour).
  • Demonstrate key functionality, including personal details, payslips, P60s, leave, absence, expenses, overtime and approval workflows.
  • Adapt training to users with varying levels of digital confidence and experience.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging, practical online training using agreed materials.
  • Capture attendance, feedback, recurring questions and system issues, providing regular updates to the project team.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and project stakeholders to improve training materials and user guidance.
  • Support go-live, drop-in sessions and hypercare, escalating issues and helping drive user adoption.
  • Follow organisational policies on confidentiality, information security and equality.

Essential Experience

  • Recent experience delivering high-volume, live online systems training to employees and managers.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn enterprise systems and business processes quickly and explain them clearly.
  • Experience supporting users with different levels of digital confidence and accessibility needs.
  • Confident using Microsoft Teams or equivalent virtual training platforms.
  • Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to deliver multiple sessions daily.
  • Ability to manage questions appropriately and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and project teams.

Desirable Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Zellis HCM/MyView, particularly Employee and Manager Self Service.
  • Experience supporting HR and payroll implementations within local government or the wider public sector.
  • Experience developing training materials, FAQs and user guides, or supporting go-live and hypercare.

Additional Information

The successful candidate must be available for the full eight-week assignment, including the November go-live and early support period. Training will be primarily online, with occasional on-site attendance as required.

Key deliverable: Deliver the planned training programme, build user confidence and support a smooth system launch.
