About the Role - Youth Worker Within Schools

As a Youth Worker Within Schools, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour.

In this role, you will:

• Support pupils with communication, interaction, and emotional regulation
• Deliver tailored activities in a structured, nurturing environment
• Promote independence, life skills, and positive behaviour
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them thrive

Backgrounds in youth work, care, coaching, or education are all highly relevant for this role.
