Youth Worker

LGBT Youth Scotland is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person to support the delivery of their youth work services.

• Contract: Part time (18.5 hours per week). Fixed term to 31st March 2027 with the possibility of extension subject to funding
• Location: Hybrid working (a combination of working from home and Glasgow)
• Salary: £24,511 to £26,550 (FTE, pro rata for part time staff)

Join a vibrant team of staff and volunteers delivering high quality youth work services supporting LGBTQ+ young people.

Based in Glasgow you will:

• Develop and deliver an engaging and creative weekly youth group for LGBTQ+ young people.
• Provide one to one support to LGBTQ+ young people through an asset based coaching model.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of youth work and make a lasting, and sometimes lifesaving, impact for LGBTQ+ young people.
