Location of this post: Harlow

In this role, you will:

• Help deliver engaging youth club sessions, including activities such as: Arts & crafts, Cooking & Board games
• Build positive relationships through meaningful conversations and support
• Assist with session setup and close-down
• Play a key part in shaping a service that evolves with young people's needs

Current session time:

Wednesday evenings, 5:45pm - 8:15pm (Youth Club)

About you:

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Confident and creative in engaging with young people aged 10-25
• Experienced or skilled in delivering group sessions
• Able to provide emotional and practical support in line with safeguarding practices
• Flexible, with availability for evenings and occasional weekends
• Comfortable working in partnership with Co-op, Children's Services, and local communities
• Passionate about keeping young people at the heart of everything you do
